The Hijrah Leadership Challenge is a pioneering youth programme equipping participants with Muhammadan leadership skills through immersive learning and cultural exchange. Participants study the core leadership text with expert Ambassadors, take part in intensive retreats in the Lake District and Andalusia, and culminate their journey with a once-in-a-lifetime leadership trek along the Hijrah route in Saudi Arabia. The programme also includes a youth exchange with Saudi peers, TEDx-style public speaking training, and the opportunity to serve on a charity board, gaining real-world leadership experience.

Hijrah Group Foundation is going to be a UK-registered charity dedicated to advancing education by providing scholarships and grants to underprivileged students, supporting Islamic educational institutions, and promoting ethical leadership. The foundation will contract Hijrah Group Ltd to deliver key services, including its flagship fundraising initiatives, the ISOC Challenge™ and MSA Challenge™, which combine leadership development with experiential fundraising in Saudi Arabia.
